We had a great “Spooky” Halloween Costume Ball on Saturday night with lots of awesome costumes!!! Greg Jones our caller and Ken Ryder our cuer & “Pirate” did a fantastic job calling/cueing to some “Monster” music as well as many favorites. The fun squares of the evening was our “Walker Squares”. We had two wide-spread squares dancing and scooting around providing lots of fun and laughter. A “Big Thank You” to Ken Moore for providing the extra walkers for this tip. And “Thanks” to our dancers for providing all the delicious refreshments for the evening. It was definitely a haunting fun dancing night thanks to Greg, Ken, Scout, Ken, and Dancers for a fun evening.
Also, “Thanks” to our Halloween Costume Contest Judges: Sherri Jones, Anne Mathews and Dean Decker.
The costumes were very unique which made the judging quite difficult for our judges. With lots of discussion the judges came up with their choices for the costume winners: CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR WINNERS!!!

Five crinolines, five dresses and numerous skirts and tops. The dresses are the best made, about 12-14, couple skirts are grand with elastic waist that is not stretched out, some tops not as good, but good outfits for a beginner dancer with the best price “Free”. The crinolines are nice; red, two whites, and Carolina blue. I have a couple of pictures to see if interested.
Let’s “Load the Boat” with everyone square dancing and enjoying the fun.
